Pecans and heart attack

It seems that pecans on a daily basis can reduce you risk of heart attack. At least according to the study reported in the article that is linked to. I am not a big pecan fan but anything that will help improve the health of my cardiovascular system can't be all bad and is certainly worth a try. With so many wonder drugs on the market natural foods are often overlooked as being useful in relieving many of the problems that ail us much to the happiness and profit of the large drug companies.
